Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience in operations or retail securities brokerage in Singapore is preferred.
• Strong judgement, critical thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage operational fund flows for settlements and withdrawals.
• Perform books and records management, including reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
• Support investment products including account management, product/trade inquiries, and complaints with customer-facing teams.
• Collaborate with other functions to maintain governance and operational excellence.
• Assist regulatory reporting and compliance efforts.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain effective operational relationships.
• Keep process documentation up-to-date and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to training materials and conduct team trainings.
