Job summary

Trust Bank Singapore is seeking an Invest Operations Analyst to support day-to-day operations of our investment products across managed and self-directed accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will execute fund flows, perform books and records reconciliations, handle product and trade inquiries, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold regulatory, governance and operational standards while driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in operations or retail securities brokerage within Singapore preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This role is accountable for supporting both Trust's customers as well as internal stakeholders in the day-to-day operations of Trust’s investment products offering across both managed and self-directed investments to meet their operational, risk, compliance and governance requirements.

The Role Responsibility:

• Execute and manage operational fund flows for settlements and funds withdrawals.
• Perform books and records management, including reconciliation and investigate discrepancies that may arise.
• Provide support of investment products including but not limited to investment account management, product and trade inquiries, and complaints handling in collaboration with customer facing teams.
• Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure high standards of conduct, governance, and operational excellence.
• Support relevant stakeholders in adherence to all regulatory requirements such as assisting production necessary regulatory and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with key vendors to maintain effective operational relationships.
• Ensure process documentations are up-to-date and continuously improve our systems and processes.
• Support the development and production of new product training materials and conduct relevant training for the wider team.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience, preferably in an operations role or in retail securities brokerage within Singapore
• Demonstrated a strong track record of applying sound judgement with critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, changing environment whilst retaining long-term focus
• Strong prioritization capability and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical skills, detail-focused with the ability to interpret large volume of information
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
