Job summary

The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with responsibilities including receiving, shelving, and managing stock while ensuring proper documentation and safety compliance. Willingness to work a 5.5-day schedule and overtime when needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Able to receive, store and issue materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
• Perform other stock-related duties including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to accounting for reimbursements.
• Rotate stock and coordinate disposal of surpluses.
• Ensure record keeping and inventory control.
• Coordinate handling of freight and movement of equipment.
• Organize and maintain stockroom cleanliness and order.
• Comply with regulations and oversee warehousing and storage.
• Foster teamwork and provide guidance to store staff.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed.
