Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Tuas, Singapore is hiring a Storekeeper to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, receive and inspect incoming goods, and issue stock according to requests.

The role requires at least one year of relevant experience and a valid Singapore forklift licence; basic computer skills including Excel are expected.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm; permanent position with competitive benefits.

• Position: Storekeeper

• Location: Tuas

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$2,300 Monthly Basic Salary + Overtime Pay + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods accurately.

• Pick and issue stock according to approved requests or orders.

• Load, unload and move goods safely using a forklift.

• Assist with drumming and product transfers using approved handling equipment.

• Record incoming and outgoing inventory movements accurately.

• Update inventory records using basic computer systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Maintain accurate stock records and supporting documentation.

• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.

• Ensure proper labelling, storage and general warehouse housekeeping.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.

• Perform other related store and warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant warehouse or storekeeping experience.

• Valid Singapore forklift licence is required.

• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory handling and safe material-handling procedures.

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.

• Able to maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

• Comfortable performing hands-on store and warehouse duties.
