Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse logistics assistant to receive, store and issue materials for electronics manufacturing. You will maintain inventory accuracy, perform stock counts, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and QA to ensure timely material flow.

The role offers a 5-day work week with an up-to SG$2,700 base salary plus overtime. Applicants should have a minimum GCE 'N' Level and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Min GCE 'N' Level
• Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Basic warehouse or logistics experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Familiar with inventory systems (e.g. Syspro) is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, label, sort, and store incoming materials.
• Update inventory records in the system.
• Conduct stock counts and assist with stock audits.
• Prepare and issue materials to production based on BOM.
• Ensure the correct parts and quantities are issued.
• Support kitting and timely material delivery to production.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow FIFO practices and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and QA teams on material matters.
• Report damaged or non-conforming materials to the relevant department.
