Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tai Seng, Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations, including goods receiving, inventory management, picking, packing and shipment preparation.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, able to handle repetitive tasks, and Mandarin-speaking for effective day-to-day communication with the local team. AWS-paid and a stable full-time weekday position are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual tasks.
• Mandarin-speaking ability required for daily communication.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and shipment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving, including verification, unloading and documentation.
• Conduct picking and packing of products accurately and efficiently.
• Organise, label and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Prepare shipments for packing and dispatch.
• Ensure goods are stored and handled properly; perform manual stretch-wrapping of pallets.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety within the warehouse.
