Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring for a warehouse/inventory role in Singapore.

The position offers a basic salary of SGD 2,300– SGD 3,000 per month, with shift-based work and allowances including day/night shift allowances and meal/transport allowances. A 4-day work week is available after training; Sundays off. During training (first 3 months) hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday; after training, rotating 12-hour shifts (day 8:00 AM–8:30 PM, night 8:30 PM–8:00 AM).

Qualifications

Candidates with warehouse, logistics or inventory experience are welcome.
Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Comfortable working in a shift-based environment.
Physically comfortable with routine warehouse activities.
Responsible, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Good attention to detail, particularly when handling inventory and stock records.

Responsibilities

Support material preparation, receiving and shipping activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Perform cycle counting and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock records.
Assist with investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
Carry out day-to-day warehouse activities and other operational tasks as required.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company-provided equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
Work closely with team members to ensure warehouse operations run efficiently.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management team.
