Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant for our Tai Seng site. The role focuses on receiving, inventory control and dispatch support in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000 plus AWS. Candidates with warehouse experience and the ability to lift cartons and stretch-wrap pallets are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, goods receiving or pick & pack experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move cartons/materials.
• Capable of stretch-wrapping approximately 20 pallets daily.
• Basic IT literacy for data entry and shipment tracking.
• Effective communication with teammates.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving, unloading, verification and documentation
• Carry out accurate pick & pack duties
• Organise, label and maintain warehouse inventory
• Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts
• Prepare, pack and arrange shipments for dispatch
• Perform basic system data entry and shipment tracking
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned
