Job summary

Hitec Sourcing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to receive, inspect, and document incoming goods, and assist with storage and retrieval of inventory. You will perform regular stock-taking, prepare orders for dispatch, maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse, and collaborate with the logistics team to optimise processes.

Minimum O-level, good physical fitness for manual handling, a positive and proactive attitude, and Pasir Ris location are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming goods and materials.
• Assist with the proper storage and retrieval of inventory items according to established procedures.
• Perform regular stock-taking and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare orders for dispatching and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with the wider logistics team to optimise warehouse processes
