is seeking a Merchandising Control Assistant to oversee stock inflow, distribution to stores, and inter-store transfers, with a focus on maximizing sales and profitability. The role covers bulk-in and itemization of stock, store allocation based on levels, stock rotation, packing and liaison with dispatchers, and counts around exhibitions and store openings, plus handling inward/outward permits and supplier invoices while supporting merchandising

Responsibilities

• Enter stock into the system through bulking-in and itemization.
• Allocate the right stock to the right store by reviewing stock levels.
• Rotate the stocks for better inventory management and higher sales rate.
• Pack stocks and liaise with dispatchers on delivery and inter-store transfers.
• Conduct stock counts before and after exhibitions and store openings, ensuring alignment with stock lists.
• Handle the application of inward and outward permit.
• Perform the submission of invoice from suppliers/vendors in system.
