Job summary

Prada Group in Singapore seeks a Stockroom Assistant to manage goods rotation, storage, and movement within the store. You will support the Stockroom Manager and Sales Assistants to maximize sales while maintaining product protection and inventory accuracy.

You will handle daily stock operations, such as receipts, transfers, packaging, and IT-record logging, including flow of e-commerce orders. This role involves collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Store Operations for optimal stock

Qualifications

• Stock rotation and control according to company regulations.
• Experience in handling goods receipt and storage processes.
• Familiarity with E-Commerce order flows and mandatory service levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care and protection of products per guidelines.
• Manage goods receipt, storage, and prep for sales floor and special areas.
• Coordinate shop-to-shop and return transfers per timelines.
• Handle E-Commerce orders flow (Prada.com or e-Tailers) and ensure service levels.
• Oversee stock movement, packaging, displays, and IT logging of movements.
• Prepare, organize, and conduct physical and cycle inventories.
• Support Sales Assistants and Visual Merchandising teams as needed.
