Job summary

FUTURE ELECTRONICS INC. (DISTRIBUTION) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Product Manager-Asset to optimize regional inventory levels for a product portfolio, while coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.

The role focuses on managing stock with the Asset Buy Process SOP, coordinating with Marketing and Senior Product Manager- Asset, and driving inventory turns to meet quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in purchasing or a similar role preferred.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Daily purchases through IMS – local suppliers or global transfers.
• Review backorders to maximize asset flow.
• Coordinate stocking packages with Product Marketing.
• Profile inventory (common bond, customer specific, NCNR).
• Coordinate programs to decrease bad and excess inventory.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies with marketing/suppliers.
• Resolve receiving discrepancies with APDC/marketing.
• Ensure prompt release of purchase orders to suppliers.
• Ensure documents are in place prior to buy related to CUSPEC/NCNR parts.
• Meet quarterly inventory/PBO targets.
