Job summary

WEARNES AUTOMOTIVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Inventory Parts Specialist to manage parts inventory, plan procurement via Bentley portal and Salesforce, and optimize stock levels to meet factory and operation needs.

The role includes upselling wholesale parts, tracking backorders, reviewing orders before RIM drops, supporting marketing campaigns to clear aged stock, and analyzing parts lines for buyback support by Bentley. Diploma holders with 3+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and car components.
• Independent, resourceful with strong analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Order parts via Bentley parts portal / Salesforce according to the mode of delivery.
• Plan and manage the part inventory at the optimum level as per factory and operation requirements.
• Actively upsell and promote wholesales part trade business
• Track and monitor closely backorder part from factory
• Review parts order prior to order drop by RIM
• Assist with parts marketing campaign to clear aged parts monthly
• Analyse parts lines of parts orders outside RIM for buyback support by Bentley
• Any other tasks as assigned by your manager
