NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory & Merchandising Executive to oversee stock checks, counts, and movement across outlets and the warehouse. You will identify aging or near-expiry products and coordinate promotions with marketing to clear slow-moving inventory.

This role emphasizes FEFO compliance, timely reports, and collaboration with operations and store managers to balance stock levels and optimize cash flow. Five-day work week with regular audits.

Formación

• Experience in stock management across multiple outlets.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular stock checks at all outlets and the warehouse.
• Perform stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movement, aging stock, and stock turnover.
• Identify slow-moving and near-expiry products.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to clear aging or near-expiry inventory.
• Work closely with the Marketing Department to prepare promotional materials.
• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets to optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure FEFO procedures are followed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Conduct random inventory audits.
• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse, and Outlet Managers regarding stock issues.

Job Scope & Key Responsibilities 工作范围与主要职责

• Conduct regular stock checks at all outlets and thewarehouse
