Job summary

DI YI TCM PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory & Merchandising Executive to manage stock across outlets and warehouses in Singapore. The role covers regular stock checks, counts, and investigation of discrepancies, with emphasis on FEFO and turnover performance.

You will collaborate with Marketing to support promotions, coordinate transfers, and produce weekly/monthly inventory reports, driving accuracy and efficiency across all locations.

Qualifications

• Monitor stock movement, aging stock and turnover.
• Identify slow-moving and near-expiry products.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to clear aging or near-expiry inventory.
• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets to optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure FEFO procedures are followed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse, and Outlet Managers regarding stock issues.

Job Scope & Key Responsibilities 工作范围与主要职责

• Conduct regular stock checks at all outlets and the warehouse 定期对所有门店及仓库进行库存检查
• Perform stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies 执行库存盘点并调查库存差异
• Monitor stock movement, aging stock, and stock turnover 监控库存流动、滞销库存及库存周转情况
• Identify slow-moving and near-expiry products 识别滞销及临期产品
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to clear aging or near-expiry inventory 策划并协调促销活动，以清理滞销或临期库存
• Work closely with the Marketing Department to prepare promotional materials 与市场部紧密合作，准备促销相关物料
• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets to optimizeinventory levels 协调门店之间的库存调拨，以优化库存水平
• Ensure First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) procedures arefollowed 确保执行“先到期先出（FEFO）”原则
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports 编制每周及每月库存报告
• Conduct random inventory audits 进行不定期库存抽查
• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse, and Outlet Managersregarding stock issues 与营运、仓库及门店经理沟通库存相关问题
