Job summary

YOUNG (YANG) TCMWELLNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory & Merchandising Executive in Singapore to manage stock across outlets and warehouse.

You will conduct regular checks, monitor movements and aging stock, and coordinate promotions to clear aging inventory. You will work with Marketing to prepare promotional materials, coordinate inter-outlet transfers, and ensure FEFO compliance while producing weekly and monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock checks at all outlets and the warehouse.
• Perform stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movement, aging stock, and stock turnover.
• Identify slow-moving and near-expiry products.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to clear aging or near-expiry inventory.
• Work closely with the Marketing Department to prepare promotional materials.
• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets to optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) procedures are followed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Conduct random inventory audits.
• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse, and Outlet Managers regarding stock issues

Job Scope & Key Responsibilities 工作范围与主要职责

• Conduct regular stock checks at all outlets and the warehouse
