Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Support professional in Singapore East. The role covers inventory management, purchasing coordination, product claims, ESG data support, and cross-functional operations.

Salary is up to SGD 4,000 plus variable bonus. Working five days with standard office hours in a stable environment. Candidate should hold a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration and have 1+ year experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, logistics or operations support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Warehouse Management: monitor stock levels, replenishment, and movements; maintain ERP records; coordinate with Retail and Warehouse teams; support stock takes and reconciliation; manage shipping and deliveries.
• Purchasing & Order Coordination: process customer orders, liaise with vendors, track status and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Product & Warranty Claims: handle claims, coordinate returns/replacements, monitor ageing stock and manage spare parts.
• ESG & Sustainability: support energy, emissions and waste data collection; assist CSR and sustainability initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Reporting, Compliance & Documentation: prepare inventory and stock movement reports; maintain accurate records and filing.
• General & Cross-Functional Support: assist events, collaborate with Retail, Warehouse, Operations, vendors and HQ; perform ad-hoc duties.
