Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage stock levels, coordinate purchases, and handle warranty claims.

The role requires cooperation with Retail, Warehouse and Procurement teams to ensure accurate stock records and timely order fulfilment. Applicants should have a diploma in Supply Chain or related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, logistics or operations support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Warehouse Management: Monitor stock levels, replenishment and stock movement across outlets and warehouse.
• Purchasing & Order Coordination: Process customer orders and liaise with vendors for timely fulfillment.
• Product & Warranty Claims: Handle product and warranty claims, coordinate returns and repairs.
