Job summary

FUCHI PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented data entry and warehouse administrator to support store and warehouse operations at Tuas.

You will enter and update goods received, goods issued, stock transfers and other stock movements, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Fresh graduates are welcome. The role requires good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word, plus familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update goods received, goods issued, stock transfers and return transactions in the ERP/system or inventory records.
• Maintain accurate records of stock quantities, item codes, descriptions and locations.
• Prepare and process Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), MRFs and other store documentation.
• Check documents against physical goods received or issued and highlight discrepancies to the Store Manager.
• Update daily stock movement records and assist with monthly stock reports and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing and document control for store records.
• Assist with stocktaking and cycle counts, recording quantities and investigating discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Project/Site teams and suppliers regarding delivery and material documentation.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and within the required timeline.
• Assist in preparing stock ageing, slow-moving and shortage reports when required.
• Support general administrative duties within the store/warehouse.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company inventory and purchasing information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supply Chain Manager.
