Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse functions. You will receive, store, pick and issue goods, operate forklifts safely, and maintain accurate stock records while ensuring data entry accuracy in Excel.

Must have forklift license and basic knowledge of inventory management and Excel. Willingness to work in Tuas and follow safety procedures is required for this full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence and relevant experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and data-entry skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to work in Tuas and according to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking and issuing of goods.
• Operate forklift safely for loading, unloading and movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Perform basic data entry using Microsoft Excel for stock and warehouse records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow warehouse safety procedures.
