Job summary

Whiz Link Manpower is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a European Engineering MNC based in Ayer Rajah, Singapore. The role is a yearly renewable contract with a 5-day week, 8:00am–5:00pm, and a salary cap of up to $3,700 per month.

You will monitor stock levels, maintain records in SAP and WMS, perform cycle counts, reconcile inventories, and coordinate replenishment and documentation across procurement, logistics, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Monitor and control inventory levels across warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Perform regular cycle counts and annual stock takes.
• Reconcile physical inventory against system inventory records.
• Prepare material requisitions and stock replenishment requests.
• Maintain inventory records, reports, and warehouse documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory levels by recording receipt, issue, transfer, and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and WMS.
• Ensure inventory transactions are processed promptly and correctly.
• Track stock movements and manage stock locations.
• Monitor stock levels and suggest replenishment actions.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual stock takes.
• Reconcile physical and system inventory records.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare inventory balance and discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with SOPs and ISO standards.
