Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Control professional to help maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations. You will perform regular cycle counts, reconcile stock, and investigate discrepancies to ensure compliant records.

You will collaborate with warehouse teams to implement improvements, monitor KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting via WMS/ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations.
• Experience using WMS and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts; verify stock against records and investigate discrepancies.
• Review, verify, and process inventory adjustments in WMS/ERP per procedures.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
