CEVA Logistics Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Officer to manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory records, perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support customer inventory audits and queries.

You will ensure stock accuracy in the WMS and generate inventory reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work with warehouse teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.

• Respond to customer inventory-related queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure system accuracy of all inventory transactions in WMS/ERP.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Support process improvements to reduce discrepancies and improve accuracy.
