The Inventory Control Executive based in Changi South will maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations. You will work with warehouse operations to ensure records reflect actual stock and comply with procedures.

Responsibilities include cycle count planning, adjustment control, discrepancy investigation, KPI monitoring, audits support, and ongoing process improvements in inventory management.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations.
• Experience using WMS and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Verify stock against records and investigate discrepancies.
• Review, verify, and process inventory adjustments in systems.
