Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory Control Senior Executive to manage parts inventory operations and ensure sufficient stock to support dealers at the West Singapore location.

You will optimise the inventory system for dealer support, assist in 3PL cost budgeting, prepare monthly reports, and contribute to stock-take activities and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage Parts Inventory operation and ensure sufficient stock to support dealers.
• Support dealers in inventory management through use of inventory system.
• Support 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) cost budgeting and management.
• Monthly Inventory Aging, Balance, and reports.
• Annual consignment stock-take at dealers’ site.
