Job summary

TDCX TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor (Defense Logistics) for a Singapore-based site in Changi.

The role focuses on leading stocktaking teams, coordinating audits, and ensuring accurate inventory across multiple facilities including naval vessels. The incumbent will manage annual stocktake schedules, oversee ES and WMS integration, and prepare regular reports for audits. A minimum of 2 years in warehouse operations is required, with a 2-year contract and on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or stocktaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy stocktaking teams for daily inventory counts and scheduled audits.
• Manage the annual stocktake schedule to ensure full inventory coverage.
• Coordinate with client representatives to prepare monthly stocktake lists.
• Oversee inventory record creation and system integration between ES and WMS.
• Supervise physical stock counts across warehouses, base facilities and naval vessels, ensuring timely system updates.
• Verify inventory records, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with warehouse teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual stocktake reports for client review and audit compliance.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Site / Program Lead.
