Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse inventory handler to maintain records, reconcile stock, and support auditing processes at our Senoko Drive location in Singapore.

The role collaborates with procurement, finance, and customer service, ensuring accurate stock data and timely reporting. Ideal candidates will be familiar with ERP/WMS systems, comfortable with data entry, and able to coordinate cross-functional teams to optimise warehouse flows.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory control and stock movement.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements.
• Perform stock reconciliation and assist with stock counts.
• Check stock discrepancies, shortages, damages and excesses.
• Handle warehouse documentation, invoices and data entry.
• Update ERP/WMS systems and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance and Customer Service teams.
• Support audits and inventory process improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
