Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Singapore seeks a technically minded individual to support indoor testing, troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical products. You will handle tools/assets, warranty claims, and assist with sales materials as needed.

The role requires collaboration within a team, while also working independently, and may involve travel within Singapore. Hands-on learning and a proactive attitude are valued.

Responsibilities

• Indoor Testing, Troubleshooting & Repair of Electromechanical products
• Accountability of Tools and Assets assigned by the company
• Management of Warranty Claims/ Key Codes for customers with proprietary systems
• Preparation of Sales Promotional and/or marketing catalogues/materials (if required)
• Follow up with suppliers and/or customers for Replacements products/parts

Job description

• Troubleshooting of Electromechanical products
• Ability to understand simple electrical diagrams
• Ability to use simple measuring equipment (eg: Multimeter, Power Supply unit)
• Any other duty as assigned by the Supervisor
