ASSA ABLOY Group in Singapore is seeking a Specification & Project Executive to support project specification writing and coordination. You will bridge sales, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely submissions and track project progress.
The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in relevant fields and has at least 5 years of experience in construction or project coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
The Specification & Project Executive will support the commercial growth of ASSA ABLOY Singapore by assisting in project specification writing, project coordination, documentation, and progress claims follow-up. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team, consultants, contractors, distributors, and internal operations team to ensure that project specifications are properly prepared, submissions are completed on time, project progress is tracked, and claims are followed up effectively. The position is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in Singapore’s construction and building materials/project environment.
