Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload deliveries, inspect goods, and manage inventory efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, safe loading/unloading, and timely collaboration with drivers and couriers while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within a global leader in access solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (15–20 kg per carton).
• Basic computer literacy, including inventory software and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
• Effective written and spoken English communication.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inspection: unload deliveries and check goods against purchase orders, inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Storage & Organization: label, store, and arrange products systematically; maintain a clean warehouse.
• Inventory Management: assist in stock counts and update records in warehouse systems.
• Order Fulfillment: pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy and timeliness.
• Logistics Support: coordinate with drivers and couriers for deliveries; assist with loading/un unloading safely.
• Health & Safety Compliance: follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents.

Workshop Responsibilities

• Assembling of cylinders and locks
• Cutting / Engraving of keys and locks

Other Responsibilities

• Assist or take charge of any other ad-hoc projects and/or assignments (Subject to agreement with your immediate superior) which might be assigned by the company.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (Average 15-20kgs/ carton)
• Basic computer literacy (Inventory software, MS Office)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
• Ability to understand English with basic written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with positive working attutude.
