Job summary

JENGA HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore (Bugis) seeks an International Trade Operations Specialist to support end-to-end cross-border trade across regions, with hands-on experience in logistics, documentation, and trade finance.

The role reports to the Shanghai team and requires Mandarin and English proficiency. Based in our Singapore office, you will coordinate with logistics providers, manage import/export docs, and monitor shipments while contributing to process improvement and regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, logistics, or order processing
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and trade documentation
• Familiarity with Letters of Credit (L/C) is preferred
• Experience in the chemical trading industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end international trade operations based on sales and procurement requirements
• Prepare and process import/export documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin)
• Coordinate with logistics providers, agents, and warehouses to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Monitor customer orders and shipment progress; proactively resolve operational issues
• Support trade finance processes, including handling and reviewing Letters of Credit (L/C)
• Verify logistics costs and maintain accurate inventory and operational records
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on order and shipment status
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and overseas teams across regions

Salary & Benefits

Salary from SGD 4,500 to SGD 9,000, commensurate with experience 13th month salary + performance-based bonus
