Job summary

NanyangInstitute of Management in Singapore is seeking a Business Development professional to drive student recruitment and strengthen the brand identity.

You will work closely with the Dean to attract international students, participate in exhibitions, manage inquiries, and coordinate admissions documents while building global partnerships.

The role requires good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to travel as needed and work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degreeholders.
• Minimum 2 years in education consultancy.
• Preferably in private education industry.
• Preferably with good knowledge of Singapore education industry.
• A matured person and able to work independently and as a team to contribute to hitting team/individual targets.
• Able to travel as and when required.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written in Local Language and English.

Responsibilities

• In charge of Student Recruitment and Marketing related tasks.
• Work closely with Dean to recruit and admit international students from countries in support of NIM expansion and brand identity.
• Participate in exhibitions/roadshows for agent/student recruitment.
• Able to liaise with all enquiries and identify the students’ need to explain the right programme to enrol.
• Follow up the leads and arrange a one to one course consultation section through either phone/ social media platform/ face to face appointments.
• Able to do the research and establish global partnership with colleges, universities or institutions for NIM.
• Handling all admitted documents for students to submit the final admission documents to Singapore.
