Job summary

Santa Fe Relocation Services (S) Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Move Coordinator to manage international relocation projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate with Sales, clients and origin/destination partners to ensure accurate costings, strict timelines and high service quality.

The role demands a university degree, 4+ years in shipping/logistics, and strong communication skills, with a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction within a dynamic global mobility environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or bearing similar professional qualification in the same or related field.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Shipping and/or Logistics for inbound.
• Singapore Customs Declarant registration is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Move management: assess, manage and process move requests from Sales or self-initiations.
• Coordinate with Assignee on mobility policies and import/export compliance.
• Update customers at all stages and instruct origin/destination agents to fulfill move plans.
• Ensure door-to-door end-to-end management with data integrity and timely billing.
• Handle customer issues pro-actively and resolve complaints.
• Account management: execute the sales process from enquiry to post move; nurture client relationships.
• Financial management: understand cost constituents, pricing, invoicing, and supplier invoices.
• Teamwork: support other departments to meet goals and uphold company values.
