International MICE Sales Executive

Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation is seeking a proactive MICE sales professional to secure international and local corporate MICE opportunities, drive lead generation, and exceed performance targets. You will coordinate with Sentosa venues and partners to deliver compelling proposals and ensure exceptional client service.

The role requires strong presentation skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in MICE/event sales.
• Proven success in MICE/event sales with prospect databases.
• Familiarity with government tender and procurement processes is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen and presentation ability.
• Proficient in leveraging data for performance analytics and dashboards.
• Capable of collaborating in a team and working autonomously.
• Driver's license (Class 3/3A) would be beneficial.
• Fluent in English and a second language.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an International MICE and Local Corporate Database for leads and pipeline.
• Assist in sales calls and support MICE proposals for Sentosa venues and packages.
• Participate in site inspections to identify leads and support conversions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to plan and administer events.
• Support marketing outreach campaigns to generate demand.
• Help acquire new business to build event pipelines in target markets.
• Identify and participate in relevant trade events and platforms.
• Maintain active communication with MICE organisers and corporate clients.
• Prepare and monitor sales reports and performance dashboards.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
