Government Technology Agency (GovTech) seeks a results-driven MICE Sales professional to secure meetings, incentives, conferences, and events for Sentosa and partners. You will build a comprehensive MICE database, support proposals, and participate in site inspections to convert opportunities into events.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute events, aid marketing outreach, and expand the pipeline through trade shows and international opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in MICE/event sales.
• Proven ability to cultivate targeted prospect databases.
• Familiarity with government tender and procurement is advantageous.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Develop and maintain an International MICE and Local Corporate Database to support lead generation, pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Assist in conducting sales calls and support the development and presentation of MICE proposals for Sentosa venues, products, and packages to potential clients.
• Participate in site inspections of Sentosa properties to identify potential MICE leads and support conversion efforts.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to assist in the planning and administration of events on Sentosa, contributing to seamless execution of all planned activities.

• Assist in the preparation and periodic monitoring of sales reports and performance dashboards as required.
• Undertake any other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding performance targets established by management. Preferably able to contribute with personal contacts and database resources.Familiarity with government tender and procurement processes would be advantageous.Strong Interpersonal Skills, Business Acumen and the ability to deliver compelling presentationsProficient in leveraging data for performance analytics and dashboardsCapable of collaborating effectively within a team and working autonomously with minimal supervision.Holding a valid Class 3/3A driving license would be beneficial.Fluent in written and spoken English and a second language.Willing and able to undertake domestic and international travel as required.
