Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Order Admin to process sales orders, quotations, and coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

You will update customers on delivery schedules, stock availability and handle inquiries. The role requires proficiency in Excel and MS Office, with NAV experience a plus; entry level welcome to apply.

Location: Yishun Industrial Park

Basic Salary: Up to S$3,200 + AWS + Bonus

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
