Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support internal communications, SharePoint management, and design tasks within a hybrid, office-based setup near Kent Ridge MRT.

Key duties include updating the SharePoint intranet, creating internal materials, and coordinating with stakeholders and agencies. This is a 6-month maternity cover contract, salary SGD 3,300 per month, with hybrid working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or maintaining Microsoft SharePoint 365 sites.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update SharePoint 365 intranet and microsite.
• Develop and publish internal communication materials.
• Write and edit articles for internal platforms.
• Create simple digital materials like web banners, posters and eDMs.
• Provide basic event photography and photo-editing support.
• Support internal campaigns, events, logistics and on-site activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Maintain campaign databases and prepare reports.
• Support research, data entry, and document formatting.
