Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Communications & Web Content Specialist for a 6-month contract. You will manage SharePoint content, design assets with Adobe Creative Suite, and support internal campaigns and communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder.
• Experience managing or maintaining Microsoft SharePoint 365 sites.
• Basic knowledge of web content management and layout.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailored messaging for internal audiences.
• Good eye for detail with strong visual layout and content flow.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines, independently or in a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications, web content management, digital design and campaign work.
• Maintain and manage SharePoint intranet and microsite.
• Plan, develop, and publish internal communications materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to disseminate content across internal channels.
• Assist CTRL+SHIFT campaign team with events and logistics.
• Provide basic event photography and photo editing support.
• Create reports to present campaign trends to management.
• Support ad hoc communications projects and initiatives.
