Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a communications and engagement professional to drive internal communications, staff engagement and L&D coordination in Singapore. You will support event logistics, governance of knowledge, and vendor procurement while maintaining an engaging intranet experience.

The role focuses on crafting clear internal content, coordinating staff programs such as anniversaries and learning events, and partnering with the L&D team to enhance employee experience through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Business Administration or related field with 1 year experience in event planning and coordination.
• Experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or corporate communications is an advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end logistics management for events.
• Experience working with vendors and procurement processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal audiences.
• Proficient in copywriting and EDM creation for internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff communications and manage feedback, engagement data and platforms.
• Support 10th Anniversary staff engagement activities, including events, budgets and collaterals.
• Coordinate workshops, training and Brown Bag Sessions, including logistics, publicity and documentation.
• Enhance the new joiner and intranet experience through staff feedback and UX improvements.
• Manage knowledge records, event documentation, vendors, procurement and administrative support for L&OD team.
