Job summary

BGC GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a contract Communications Coordinator to support internal communications and capability development within the Public Sector. You will manage web platforms, create digital assets, and coordinate campaigns to engage staff.

The 9-month role offers exposure to SharePoint intranet, Adobe Creative Suite, content creation, event support, and stakeholder liaison, with a salary up to SGD 3,300 per month. Shortlisted candidates only will be notified.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience managing or maintaining Microsoft SharePoint 365 platforms is required.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.

Responsibilities

• Web Management: Maintain and manage Microsoft SharePoint 365 intranet and microsite platforms.
• Web content is updated, relevant, and aligned with organizational messaging.
• Develop and publish internal communications materials to engage staff on new initiatives and developments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to shape and disseminate communications across suitable channels.
• Monitor effectiveness of internal communication efforts and recommend improvements.
