Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a contractor to support internal communications and capability development initiatives within the Public Sector in Singapore. The role covers web management, digital content creation, and campaign coordination for a 9-month contract with extension potential.

Responsibilities include maintaining SharePoint intranets, creating digital assets with Adobe Creative Suite, and coordinating campaigns with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience maintaining Microsoft SharePoint 365 platforms.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.

Responsibilities

• Web Management: Maintain and manage SharePoint intranet and microsite platforms.
• Develop and publish internal communications materials to engage staff on new initiatives and developments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to shape and disseminate communications across suitable channels.
• Monitor effectiveness of internal communication efforts and recommend improvements.
