Job summary

SATS Ltd. invites students for an Intern, Cabin Services (Aviation Catering) role at Inflight Catering Centre 1 in Singapore. The internship focuses on supporting daily cabin office operations, data entry, auditing, and analytical tasks within the Cabin Services team.

You will learn process flows, gain exposure to continuous improvement initiatives, and work with cross-functional stakeholders while developing essential professional skills for a career in aviation catering services.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Keen in data interpretation and analysis.
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders and communicating effectively.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the admin portion of the daily cabin office operations.
• Support with data entry and monitor compliance for flight audits through data/CCTV review and use of video analytics.
• Support investigations with data/info gathering and analysis.
• Learn and be familiar with processes in Cabin Services and be involved in continuous improvement initiatives (data collation, validation, analysis and solutioning).
• Perform other duties and special assignments/projects as assigned by the Reporting Officers in the Cabin Services department
