Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking an Intern in Production Planning (Aviation Catering) to support the Inflight Catering Centre 2 in Singapore. The role focuses on creating and amending production orders, handling Goods Receipts, and assisting with data collation and reporting.

You will work with Microsoft Office and Power BI, with exposure to SAP/WMS systems, while developing critical thinking and data analysis skills in a dynamic aviation catering environment.

Qualifications

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with strong data review skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and amending production orders.
Assist in Goods Receipt (GR) of production orders.
Assist in collating data and running reports.
Perform preliminary data analysis and support projects.

Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

Critical thinking skills
Familiar with microsoft office words, excel, powerpoint and power BI
Have IT knowledge for system usage such as SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Show great attention to detail
Have adequate skills in reseaching, analysis and reviewing of data.
