Labcorp is seeking an intern to assist in end-to-end sample lifecycle activities at our Singapore site. This paid internship runs for at least 20 weeks, onsite from Jan to Jun 2027, with eligibility open to final-year students or those pursuing relevant fields.
Under supervision, you will support accession and management activities, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Excellent organization, communication, and Excel skills are preferred.

This position reports to the Lab Operations Supervisor and will be involved in end-to-end sample lifecycle. Assist end-to-end sample accession and management activities, including receipt, opening, labeling, logging, tracking, storage, shipment, reconciliation, and disposition of samples. Support sample inventory checks against paperwork and laboratory tracking systems (LIMS). Help maintain accurate sample records, study files, and inventories. Assist with preparing sample labels and verifying sample information. Support basic checks to ensure sample data matches documentation and system records. Support investigation and follow-up of sample discrepancies under supervision. Assist with monitoring sample status and help ensure samples are ready for laboratory testing. Support communication sample receipt and documentation updates to internal stakeholders. Assist with Organizing and maintaining audit-ready sample documentation and records. Support the management of reference materials and matrices. Participate in process improvement initiatives and departmental projects. Support other duties assigned by supervisors.
