Internship Details
  • Duration: at least 20 weeks, full-time (Onsite)
  • Dates of Internship: Jan – Jun 2027
  • Compensation: Paid internship
  • Eligibility: Final-year students who are expected to graduate in Jul/Aug 2027 are preferred. However, students at all academic levels who are pursuing relevant fields of study are encouraged to apply.

About Team: Logistics in Asia-Pac, comprises of teams located in Singapore, Japan and China. For this internship, selected candidate will join members of Logistics Singapore team. Logistics functions by working with transportation vendors to support daily operational and regulatory activities. Our key goal is to ensure kit supplies shipments and sample shipments are delivered in a timely manner and compliant as per latest customs requirement. For this internship role, the individual is required to identify process improvement and solutioning for site initiation. This role includes support assistance on operational and regulatory activities.

Internship Assignment Summary
  • Identify process improvement with transportation vendors targeting on site initiation
  • Provide administrative and analytical support in day-to-day logistics and regulatory specific activities.
  • Assist to follow up with transportation vendors and internal stakeholders on inquiries, if necessary.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce redundancies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current enrollment in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Science or Automation-related Bachelor's degree program.
  • Other degree programs can also be considered.
  • Job is performed in an administrative environment.
  • The intern will need to be comfortable working remotely from home, most of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to organize data and documents effectively.
  • Experience using automation tools to streamline business processes.
  • Good communication skills when interacting with our Project Managers and transportation vendors.
  • Have the “can-do” and proactive mindset when resolving issues.
