Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Sample Coordinator III to join our Bioanalytical team in Singapore. You will coordinate receipt, tracking, processing, shipment and documentation of clinical trial samples to ensure compliance with study protocols and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science and internship exposure in diagnostic laboratories; experience with GLP is preferred. You will work independently and as part of a collaborative team to support project activities and process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science from an accredited college or university.
  • 3 months or more internship exposure in commercial/diagnostic/analytical laboratories.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trials and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate receipt, tracking, processing, shipment, and documentation of clinical trial samples.
  • Receive, accession, track, label, store, ship, and dispose of clinical samples.
  • Verify sample inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate sample receipt status and manage sample-related documentation.
  • Sample tracking, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Coordinate of sample logging and receipt confirmation activities.
  • Maintain study records, laboratory documentation, and department logbooks.
  • Manage reference materials and matrices inventory.
  • Support after-hours sample receipt and environmental monitoring activities.
  • Support project activities, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordinating the receipt, tracking, processing, shipment, and documentation of clinical trial samples to ensure they are handled according to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Receive, accession, track, label, store, ship, and dispose of clinical samples.
  • Verify sample inventory accuracy and resolve or elevate discrepancies.
  • Communicate sample receipt status and manage sample-related documentation.
  • Sample tracking, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Coordination of sample logging and receipt confirmation activities.
  • Maintain study records, laboratory documentation, and department logbooks.
  • Manage reference materials and matrices inventory.
  • Support after-hours sample receipt and environmental monitoring activities.
  • Support project activities, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in science from an accredited college or university.
  • 3 months or more experience of internship exposure in commercial/diagnostic/analytical laboratories.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trials and clinical research and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
