Job summary

Marsh invites you to join its Compensation Consulting team in Singapore as an intern for 3 to 6 months starting May 2027. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office, and focuses on TRS data, rewards advisory work, and client-ready insights.

You will work with consultants and stakeholders to deliver meaningful remuneration insights and support across Singapore and the wider SEA region.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to build dynamic models (e.g., using XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables) to simulate compensation scenarios and cost impacts
• Proficiency in PowerPoint with emphasis on structured narratives and data visualizations to explain reward concepts to senior stakeholders
• Ability to move beyond data processing to identify patterns, provide clear, evidence-based summaries, and translate findings into practical implications
• Ability to independently navigate public filings (annual reports, 10-Ks), peer group data, and market news to extract pay information for organizations/executives

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the annual Total Remuneration Surveys (TRS) by reviewing and validating client data submissions
• Assist with ad-hoc client data requests and support market outreach to promote rewards products and services
• Support the delivery of advisory projects such as job evaluations, salary structure designs, and short- and long-term incentive reviews
• Conduct targeted research on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and local labour market conditions in Singapore and the SEA region
• Support consultants in preparing and facilitating client workshops by preparing materials and summarizing key discussion points
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data and resources for project execution

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation Consulting team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an intern, you will support the Rewards team in two key areas: driving business development & product insights for our Total Remuneration Surveys (TRS) and providing analytical support for rewards advisory projects. You will work closely with consultants and internal stakeholders to help deliver client-ready insights and support a range of rewards solutions across Singapore and the wider SEA region.

We will count on you to:

• Support consultants in preparing and facilitating client workshops or industry-specific meetings by preparing materials, managing documentation, and summarizing key discussion points

What you need to have:
