Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic hands-on experience in polymer or chemistry lab environments, particularly with formulations.
• Familiarity with material characterization techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analytics and basic software tools relevant to research and reporting.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews on polymers used in electronic packaging.
• Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to support R&D objectives.
• Perform material characterization and evaluate product-level performance.
• Identify and investigate influential factors within the experimental setup to drive insights.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to local and global teams.
