Job summary

Micron Singapore invites applications for an University Internship Program in the Technology Products Group (TPG). Interns will contribute to next-generation semiconductor technology development through projects spanning process development, materials engineering, device characterization, and modelling.

You may work on AI-enabled engineering workflows and advanced analytics, with assignments at Fab10 or MSB. Duration: at least 4 months.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret complex technical and experimental data.
Prior research, laboratory, teaching assistantship, industry attachment, or engineering project experience is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with statistical analysis, modelling, simulation, programming, or data analytics tools is advantageous.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or AI-enabled engineering workflows is advantageous.
Demonstrated interest in semiconductor technology, semiconductor manufacturing, memory technologies, or advanced engineering research.
Prior working experience and strong interest in pursuing a career within the semiconductor industry are highly desirable.
