Responsibilities

• Literature Review: review polymers used in electronic packaging.
• DOE Planning & Execution: plan and conduct DOE to support R&D objectives.
• Material Characterization: perform material characterization and product-level evaluation.
• Experimental Analysis: identify factors in the experimental setup to gain insights.
• Technical Presentations: prepare and deliver technical presentations to local and global teams.
